Custom Orders

At Glam Hustle Creations, every heat transfer shirt and 3D printed item is made specifically for you. Because each order is custom-made, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds once your order has been placed and production has begun.

Please review your order carefully, including design selections, colors, sizes, and personalization details, before completing your purchase.

3D Printed Products

Our 3D printed items are individually manufactured and may have slight layer lines, minor surface variations, or small imperfections that are a normal part of the 3D printing process. These characteristics do not affect the functionality or quality of the product and are not considered defects.

Heat Transfer Shirts

Our custom shirts are created using high-quality heat transfer materials and professional application methods. To ensure the longevity of your design, we recommend following the care instructions included with your order. Damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, or normal wear is not covered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, you must contact glamhustlecreations@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

When submitting your claim, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once we receive your email, we will review your claim and notify you if it has been approved.

If your claim is approved, you must return the damaged or incorrect product within 14 calendar days of the approval email. The item must be returned in its original condition unless otherwise instructed. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, Glam Hustle Creations will produce and ship a replacement item at no additional cost.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery or returns received more than 14 days after claim approval may not be eligible for replacement.

Custom Design Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs, spelling, sizing, colors, and personalization details before production begins. Glam Hustle Creations is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer prior to production.
